From the moment you arrive at OR Tambo Airport until the day you depart our team will chauffeur you around the coolest spots and most beautiful dams and lakes in South Africa. You sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.
Each Adventure has a fully equipped kitchen that travels along for the full duration of the tour. Our team members cook authentic South African meals (with loads of meat) every morning around 10am and dinner around 6pm. Snacks like Biltong(Dried South African Beef) Fruits and more will be available to chew on at any time.
Each Adventure consists of at least 2 locations in close proximity to each other with different catch ratios. Should our first 3 days not produce any fish we move on to the next spot where we may have a better chance of catching. As guides we will make sure that each and every angler walks away with an African carp under the belt.
Yes! Africa is a dangerous place where everything is out to get you. So please make sure you have the necessary travel insurance in place before you arrive in SA. Snakes, Spiders, Crocodiles and Hippos which are very dangerous as well as sever thunder storms that roll through every now and then. And then of course we have a very high crime rate in SA which we always try prepare our best for. Perfect ingredients for a proper adventure.
Each person on tour will get his own bivvy, bedchair, sleeping bag and pillow along with a small table and chair. We will make you are as comfortable as can be for the duration of the tour.
Yes! Most of the dams and lakes are big wild African carp waters with loads of space to fish from. Should you choose to move to a spot away from the group (given its a safe move) you are welcome to follow your heart and go for it. As guides we will advise on swim choices.
Only the Countryside adventure includes smaller size pay lakes. The rest of the tours are all wild waters where we have selected good suitable areas to fish from as a group, but as with any fishing trip, the final decision of where we set up camp will be made on the day once we see where the fish are.

Our tours include everything from the moment you land in South Africa. But how you get here is up to you. You have to book your own flights.
You bring your clothes for whatever season we are in. In terms of tackle, you can bring your own reels if you like. Definitely bring your tackle bag with your end tackle and other bits you prefer to use. We as guides have everything you will need. And if the situation arises where we have to make a stop at a local Tackle shop we can arrange that.
