The Waterberg Mountains sit about 1 hour drive from Pretoria and has some of the most beautiful scenery. The 1st stop is Warmbad Dam nestled in the mountains and has some of the biggest Mirror carp in SA. This dam can be very difficult at times but also very rewarding. It has great bathroom facilities available on site. The 2nd stop is another 30min drive into the mountains to Kwaggahoek dam. This wild venue is home to Hippos and a large number of Big commons. No bathroom facilities here.
